1. What this service is / 这是什么服务
We host real-estate listings and 3D/VR tours for real-estate agents, and provide tools to capture, edit and share them. Using the site or the PlaceVR app means you accept these terms.
我们为地产经纪托管房源与 3D/VR 看房,并提供采集、编辑、分享的工具。使用本站或 PlaceVR App 即表示接受本条款。
2. Your account / 你的账号
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password (or your Apple/Google sign-in) to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.
账号下发生的事由你负责。请保管好密码(或 Apple/Google 登录方式)。怀疑被他人使用,请立即告知我们。
3. Who owns your content / 内容归属
Photos, panoramas, floor plans and listing text you upload to a listing in your own account remain yours. You grant us the permission we need to store, process and display them in order to run the service (including generating VR tours and sharing links you create). You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload — including permission to photograph the property.
你在自己账号下的房源里上传的照片、全景、户型图与文字仍然属于你。你授予我们为提供服务所必需的存储、处理与展示许可 (包括生成 VR 和你自己创建的分享链接)。你需确认你有权上传这些内容 —— 包括拍摄该房产的许可。
Listings that belong to a company account. Once a listing has been assigned to a company account, that listing and its content — photos, panoramas, floor plans, listing text, VR tours and capture data, including anything added later — are held in that company account on this service, and the company's active owners can manage it. Each listing has one responsible agent. If your membership in a company ends, every listing in that company account for which you are the responsible agent at that moment leaves the company account together with you and stays in your own account, with its content and its history; the company does not take it over, and it is not handed to another member. When it leaves the company account, such a listing is automatically set to not public; you decide whether to make it public again. Listings in the company account for which another member is the responsible agent stay in the company account, including listings you photographed. Deleting your own account is different from leaving: when you delete your account (requests made on or after November 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM New York time), the listings in a company account for which you are the responsible agent are deleted together with your account, and the company's owners are notified (see the Privacy Policy, section 7); for requests made before November 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM New York time, those listings remain in the company account. For content you add to a listing while it is in a company account, you grant the company, and whoever is that listing's responsible agent, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to keep using, editing and publishing it for that listing. This section does not decide who owns the copyright in photos you took — that is up to the law and to any agreement between you and the company. Listings in your own account that have not been assigned to a company stay yours when you join or leave a company. Leaving a company does not remove copies you already have, including capture files saved on your own phone.

3a. Authorization to advertise / 对外广告的授权
For any listing that becomes publicly visible through the service, you confirm that you (or your broker) have obtained the property owner's authorization to advertise it. We do not verify that authorization — it is your responsibility as the licensee.
对任何通过本服务对外公开的房源,你确认你(或你的挂靠经纪公司)已取得该房产所有权人对外广告的授权。 我们不核实该授权 —— 作为持牌人,这是你的责任。
3b. Credits, payments and refunds / 积分、付款与退款
Some features (such as AI shots) are paid for with prepaid credits. You buy credits in packs on the Credits page in your dashboard; the pack price is shown before you pay, and applicable sales tax is added at checkout. One credit is worth US$0.10 of usage. Payments are one-time: there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
部分功能(如 AI 截图)使用预付积分付费。积分在后台「我的积分」页按充值包购买;付款前显示包价,结账时另加适用的销售税。1 积分对应 0.10 美元的用量。付款为一次性:没有订阅,不会自动续费。
Credits belong to the account that bought them. They are not shared with a company or with other members, and they cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash.
积分归购买它的账户所有,不与公司或其他成员共享,不可转让、出售或兑换现金。
Credits do not expire, and no fee is ever charged against your balance.
积分不会过期,我们不会对余额收取任何费用。
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise — for example, under New York law you may ask us to pay out in cash a remaining balance worth less than US$5. To make such a request, email info@mylistings.top.
积分一经购买概不退款,但法律另有要求的除外——例如按纽约州法律,剩余价值低于 5 美元的余额可应你要求兑付现金。请发邮件至 info@mylistings.top 申请。
Each feature's price in credits is shown before you use it. We may change these prices; a change applies only to actions started after it takes effect. Credits already deducted, and actions already started, are not affected.
每项功能所需积分会在你使用前显示。我们可能调整单价;调整只对生效后发起的操作适用,已扣除的积分与已发起的操作不受影响。
If a charged action fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance. If you cancel before the request has been sent to our AI provider, the credits are returned; once it has been sent, they are not.
扣分的操作失败时,积分退回余额。在请求发送给 AI 服务商之前取消,积分退回;已发送后取消,不退。
If a payment is refunded or charged back, the credits from that payment are removed from your balance; if your balance is too low, the shortfall is recorded and must be cleared before you can spend credits again.
付款被退款或拒付时,该笔付款对应的积分将从余额中扣回;余额不足的部分记为欠分,清偿前不能使用积分。
If you were on a paid subscription before credits were introduced, it continues on its current terms until the end of the period you have already paid for, and will not renew.
积分上线前已开通付费订阅的用户:按原条件继续到已付费期结束,不会续费。
4. Acceptable use / 使用规范
Do not upload content you have no right to, do not misrepresent properties, do not use the service to harass anyone, and do not try to access other users' data or break the service.
不得上传你无权上传的内容、不得虚假描述房源、不得用于骚扰他人、不得试图访问他人数据或破坏服务。
5. Service availability / 服务可用性
We are a small team. The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change or suspend features, and we do our best to keep data safe — but you should keep your own copies of anything critical.
我们是很小的团队。服务按「现状」提供,不附带任何保证。我们可能调整或暂停功能;我们会尽力保护数据, 但重要资料请你自己也留一份。
6. Liability / 责任限制
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
在法律允许的范围内,与本服务有关的任何主张,我们的总责任以你在主张发生前 12 个月内向我们实际支付的金额为限。
7. Ending it / 终止
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
你可以随时停止使用并要求删除数据(见隐私政策)。 违反本条款的账号,我们可能暂停。
When you ask to delete your account (requests made on or after November 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM New York time), your listings, VR tours, videos and share links are taken offline immediately and deleted after 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy (section 7). When the deletion is complete, the licence you granted us in section 3 ends for those items, except for copies that remain in backups until they expire. For photos you took that are part of listings belonging to someone else, the licence continues so that those listings can still be shown; your name is removed from them.
你申请删除账号后(纽约时间 2026年11月14日 19:00起提出的申请),你的房源、VR、视频与分享链接立即下线,30 天后删除,详见隐私政策第 7 节。 删除完成后,你在第 3 节授予我们的许可对这些内容终止,备份中到期前的副本除外。对于你拍摄、但属于他人房源的照片,该许可继续有效,以便那些房源继续正常展示;我们会从中去掉你的署名。
For account deletion requests made before November 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM New York time: deleting your account does not delete the listings you published or the VR tours and share links you created; the licence you granted us in section 3 to host and display them continues for those items after your account is deleted, so that links you have already sent to clients keep working.
纽约时间 2026年11月14日 19:00之前提出的删号申请:删除账号不会删除你已发布的房源,也不会删除你创建的 VR 与分享链接;你在第 3 节授予我们的 托管与展示许可,在账号删除之后对这些内容继续有效,以便你已经发给客户的链接仍然能打开。
8. Governing law / 适用法律
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. / 本条款适用美国纽约州法律。
