We are a real-estate listing and 3D/VR tour platform used by real-estate agents in New York. This page describes exactly what we collect, where it lives, who else sees it, and how to get it deleted.

1. What we collect / 我们收集什么

Agent accounts / 经纪账号: email, name, phone number, WeChat ID, company name and avatar (whatever the agent fills in). If the agent sets a password we store only a bcrypt hash, never the password itself. If they sign in with Apple or Google, we store the provider's stable user id and the email address the provider gives us.

Content uploaded by agents / 经纪上传的内容: listing photos, 360° panoramas, floor plans, listing text, and the raw capture files from the scanning app.
房源照片、360° 全景、户型图、房源文字,以及采集 App 传上来的原始拍摄文件。

Device identifier / 设备标识: when the iOS app signs in, it may report Apple'sidentifierForVendor. We use it only to understand usage. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not build a device fingerprint out of hardware characteristics in the app.
iOS App 登录时可能上报苹果的 identifierForVendor。只用于了解使用情况:不用于广告、不出售、也不在 App 里拼装设备指纹。

Visitors of public listing pages / 公开房源页的访客: a random id stored in a cookie, a hashed IP address, browser user-agent and language, the address of the page that linked you here (if your browser sends it), a coarse city/region/country estimate, how long you stayed on a page, which media you opened (VR tour, video, gallery…), and QR-code scans. We also compute a browser fingerprint hash so a returning visitor can be recognised as the same person even after clearing cookies. It is computed from: how your browser renders a small test image (canvas), your screen width/height/colour depth, device pixel ratio, time zone, number of CPU cores, browser language, and platform string. These are combined and hashed with SHA-256 — we store only the hash, which cannot be turned back into those values.

Enquiries / 留资: the name and phone number a visitor types into a contact form.WeChat mini-program / 微信小程序: the WeChat openId, nickname and avatar when someone enters through it. Push / 推送: the browser push endpoint if notifications are enabled.
访客在表单里填的姓名与电话;从微信小程序进来时的 openId、昵称、头像;开启通知时的浏览器推送地址。

Real-estate agents we contact / 我们主动联络的同行经纪: we collect the business contact details of other real-estate agents from publicly available sources (their public agent profile, brokerage website, listing sheet, business card at an event, or a referral) — name, phone number, brokerage / company name, and business email. These people have not signed up for our service; we look them up because we want to work with them. We record only business contact details and our own notes about the working relationship (which stage it is at, when we last spoke, what we sent them). We do not collect their home address, their clients, or anything about their private life.

Research questionnaires / 调研问卷: when an agent fills in one of our questionnaires on mylistings.top, we store the answers they pick, anything they type into the optional text boxes, and — only if they choose to leave it on the last screen — a phone number or WeChat ID. These answers are not linked to our visitor tracking (cookie id or browser fingerprint). Only our platform administrators can export them; we use them to understand how agents work and decide what to build, and use a phone number or WeChat ID only to contact that person as they agreed on that screen. We do not sell them or give them to any brokerage.

2. Browsing history is linked to your email when you register / 注册后,浏览记录会被关联到你的邮箱

This is real and we state it plainly: if you browse the site and later create an account from the same browser, we attach that account's email address to the anonymous browsing record from that browser. It is visible only to platform administrators — it is not shown to the agents who recruit other agents, and it is not shared with anyone outside Avantiteam Inc., the company that runs this site; the agents and brokerages whose listings you viewed do not see it.

3. Why we collect it / 为什么收集

To run the service: publish listings, generate VR tours, host live VR showings. / 提供服务本身。
To show who looked at a listing and for how long. This is visible to: the agent the listing is currently assigned to; if the listing belongs to a company account, that company's active owner(s) and the agent recorded as having photographed or scanned it; and administrators (our platform administrators, and the administrator of the site the listing is published on). When an agent leaves a company, the listings they are responsible for at that moment leave the company account with them, together with their earlier visitor records (including visits recorded while the listing was in the company account); from then on, access to those records follows the rules for listings not in a company account. For scans of a QR code, the agent who owns that QR code also sees the scan, including a rough city/region/country. Visitor records stay with the listing: after it is reassigned to another agent or moved into a company account, the people above also see its earlier visitor records. A name a visitor enters on the site, or a name an agent enters for a visitor, can be seen by every agent responsible for a listing that visitor has viewed; the private labels and notes an agent keeps on a visitor are shown only to that agent and to administrators. For live VR showing rooms entered through an agent's room link, the agent hosting the room sees each visitor's number of visits and when they came, how long they stayed, and which listings they viewed there and for how long. For a listing not in a company account the host can be any agent on the site where that listing is published; for a company listing the host is an active member of that company. The host keeps seeing these room records after the link is revoked and after leaving the company. / 让人看到谁看了这套房源、看了多久。看得到的人是:这套房源当前的负责经纪;若房源归属于某个公司账号, 还有该公司在职的老板(OWNER)以及登记为拍摄/扫描这套房源的经纪;以及管理员(我们的平台管理员, 和房源所在站点的管理员)。经纪离开公司时,他在那一刻负责的房源会随他脱离公司账号,连同此前的访客记录(包括房源在公司账号期间记下的访问)一起;此后谁能看这些记录,按「不属于公司账号的房源」那条规则。二维码的扫码记录(含大致的城市/地区/国家),该二维码所属的经纪也看得到。访客记录跟着房源走:房源改派给别的经纪、或被划入某个公司账号之后,上面这些人也能看到它此前的访客记录。访客在本站自己填的名字,或经纪替访客填的名字,凡是这位访客看过的房源的负责经纪都能看到;经纪给访客打的私人标签和备注,只有他本人和管理员看得到。通过经纪的房间链接进入 VR 实时带看房间的访客,主持该房间的经纪能看到其进房次数和时间、停留时长,以及在房间里看过哪些房源、各看了多久。房源不属于公司账号时,主持人可以是该房源所在站点的任何一位经纪;公司房源的主持人是该公司的在职成员。链接作废后、主持人离开公司后,他仍能看到这些房间记录。

For the agent contact details described in section 1: only to contact that agent about working together (a phone call, a text message) and to send them our listings and case studies so they can refer or share them. Nothing else. / 第 1 节里那些同行经纪的联系方式:只用于就合作本身联络他本人(打电话、发短信), 以及把我们的房源与案例发给他,方便他转介或转发。没有别的用途。

We do not run advertising, we do not use ad networks or ad-tracking pixels, and we do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.

Specifically for the agent contact details in section 1: we do not sell, rent or trade them, we do not use them for advertising or ad targeting, and we do not make them available to other agents on the platform — a contact list belongs to the one person who entered it and nobody else on the platform can see it. The only exception is our own platform administrators, who can see the name / phone / company on an internal billing-and-compliance page.

4. Where it is stored / 存在哪里

Our database runs on our own server. Photos, panoramas and floor plans are stored on Alibaba Cloud Object Storage (OSS), US region. Location estimates are computed on our own server using a local offline database — your IP address is not sent to any geolocation service.
数据库在我们自己的服务器上;照片、全景、户型图存在阿里云 OSS(美国节点)。地理位置是用本地离线库在我们自己的服务器上算的 —— 你的 IP 不会发给任何地理定位服务商。

Stripe — processes credit purchases. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page and go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We receive and keep only the billing name, email, billing address, the last 4 digits and card brand, and payment status, to issue invoices and calculate sales tax. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to what Stripe collects.
Stripe —— 处理积分购买付款。卡号在 Stripe 的付款页上输入、直接给 Stripe;我们看不到、也不保存完整卡号。我们只保存付款人姓名、邮箱、账单地址、卡号后四位和卡组织、付款状态,用来开发票和计算销售税。
OpenAI — listing text (translation, descriptions), panorama images (AI image processing), and outreach message drafts are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. Visitor browsing records are not. / 房源文字(翻译、描述)、全景图(AI 出图)、以及外联消息草稿会送到 OpenAI 处理;访客浏览记录不会。 AI images may instead be processed on a GPU server we operate ourselves. By default, AI images generated from 2026-10-03 carry a visible watermark (now a semi-transparent “AI-generated”) and are labelled on the public listing page; the agent may choose to generate an image without the watermark, and such an image is then also not labelled on the public listing page. AI images added to a listing gallery before 2026-10-03 are labelled on the public listing page. When an agent adds an AI image to a listing gallery we record who confirmed it and when. / AI 出图也可能在我们自己运营的 GPU 服务器上处理。自 2026-10-03 起生成的 AI 出图默认带可见水印(现为半透明「AI-generated」),并在公开房源页标注; 经纪人可以选择出图时不加水印,这类图在公开房源页也不标注。2026-10-03 之前加入图集的 AI 图都在公开房源页标注。经纪人把 AI 图加入房源图集时,我们记录是谁确认的、何时确认。
Tencent Cloud (TRTC) — only during a live VR showing, to carry the real-time audio/video. / 仅在「VR 带看」进行时,用于承载实时音视频。
Alibaba Cloud — object storage and delivery of media files. / 媒体文件的存储与分发。
Zoho — hosts our info@mylistings.top mailbox, so email you send us is stored there. / 托管我们的 info@mylistings.top 信箱,你发给我们的邮件存在那里。
Apple / Google / Facebook — only if you choose to sign in with them; we receive your provider user id, name and email. We request nothing beyond name and email. / 仅当你选择用它们登录;我们只拿到用户 id、姓名和邮箱,不申请任何超出姓名与邮箱的权限。

6. How long we keep it / 保留多久

Account data: as long as the account exists. When you delete your account, see section 7 for what is deleted, when, and the few records we keep. / 账号数据:账号存在期间。删除账号时删什么、何时删、保留哪几项,见第 7 节。
Payment records: kept as required for tax and accounting recordkeeping.

Listing media, VR tours, videos and share links: until the agent deletes them, or deletes their account (section 7). When a VR tour is deleted, its original capture files are deleted from our storage if our system can confirm they belong to that tour's owner or listing. Visitor events: kept while the listing exists, for the listing's visitor analytics (section 3 lists who can see them). Enquiries: kept while the listing exists. Both are deleted with the listing — including when the agent responsible for it deletes their account. / 访客事件:随房源存在而保留,用于房源访客统计(谁看得到见第 3 节)。留资:随房源存在而保留。两者都在房源被删时一并删除,包括负责它的经纪删除账号时。
Backups: after we delete something, it can remain in our database backups for up to 15 days and in earlier stored versions in our file storage for up to 30 days, until those copies expire. / 备份:我们删除某项数据后,它可能在数据库备份里再留最多 15 天、在文件存储的历史版本里再留最多 30 天,到期自动消失。
Agent contact details (section 1): kept for as long as we still have a reason to be in touch about working together. We do not run an automatic purge on a fixed schedule — we are telling you what we actually do rather than promising a timer we have not built. What we do guarantee is the request route below: anyone can ask us to delete their details at any time, and we delete them within 30 days and reply to confirm. / 同行经纪的联系方式(第 1 节):保留至我们不再有业务联络的理由为止。我们没有按固定周期自动清理的机制 —— 这里写的是我们实际在做的事, 而不是一个我们还没做出来的定时器。我们能保证的是下面那条请求通道:任何人都可以随时要求删除,我们在 30 天内删除并回信确认。
One exception, and it is deliberate: when someone tells us not to contact them (or asks us to delete their details), we keep a do-not-contact record so that we cannot end up calling them again — for example if the same public list is imported a second time. That record contains only the phone number in normalised form (or, when the number cannot be normalised, an internal person id), the reason it was recorded, which of our sites it applies to, and the date (plus, if it is later lifted, the date it was lifted) — no name, no company, no email. US telemarketing rules require such records to be kept for 5 years, so it is not deleted together with the rest of the person's data. 7. How to delete your data / 怎么删除你的数据

Deleting your agent account (requests made on or after November 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM New York time). You can delete your account from inside the PlaceVR app (Account → Delete account), or by emailing us. As soon as you ask, your account is closed and your work is taken offline: you can no longer sign in, and your listings, VR tours, videos and share links stop working — anyone opening one of your links sees that it is no longer available. You have 30 days to change your mind: email info@mylistings.top or text +1 212 561 5197 and we restore your account and everything in it. After 30 days we delete your account together with your work and personal information: your listings (including company-account listings for which you are the responsible agent — see below), the listing photos, avatar, business card, VR tours and videos you uploaded, AI voice-overs and your voice samples, share links, visitor records and enquiries on those listings, and your profile (name, phone, email, WeChat ID, avatar, business card), except the few records described below. This cannot be undone. Copies in backups and earlier stored versions expire as described in section 6. Two kinds of files are not deleted with your account: files whose uploader our system cannot confirm (mainly files uploaded before this account deletion feature launched, including original files of early VR tours), and VR tours that a colleague's share link still uses. To have those deleted, contact us at info@mylistings.top or +1 212 561 5197; we check that you are the person who uploaded them and then delete them. Listings that belong to someone else but contain photos you took stay with their owner; we remove your name from them. Before you ask, save any copies you need and remove links you have posted on other sites (for example MLS or Zillow) — they will stop working. Link previews already cached by WeChat or iMessage may still show your name or images; we cannot change those. If we receive a legal order to preserve data, we pause the deletion and the deletion status shows it is on hold. You can check the deletion status in the app; it shows “completed” once deletion has finished.
删除你的经纪账号(纽约时间 2026年11月14日 19:00起提出的申请)。你可以在 PlaceVR App 内(账号 → 删除账号)或写邮件给我们来删除账号。一提出申请,账号即关闭,作品即下线:你无法再登录,你的房源、VR、视频和分享链接停止对外访问 —— 任何人打开你的链接都会看到「内容已不可用」。你有 30 天可以反悔:写邮件到 info@mylistings.top 或发短信到 +1 212 561 5197,我们会恢复你的账号及其中全部内容。30 天后我们删除你的账号连同作品和个人信息:你的房源(包括公司账号下由你负责的房源,见下文)、你上传的房源照片、头像、名片、VR、视频、AI 配音与你的声音样本、分享链接、这些房源上的访客记录与留资,以及你的个人资料(姓名、电话、邮箱、微信号、头像、名片),下文所列的少数保留项除外。删除后无法恢复。备份与存储历史版本里的副本按第 6 节所述期限到期消失。有两类不会随账号一起删除:一是系统无法确认上传人的文件(主要是删号功能上线之前上传的,含早期 VR 原始文件);二是仍被同事的分享链接使用的 VR。需要删除这两类的话,通过 info@mylistings.top 或 +1 212 561 5197 联系我们,我们人工核对是你本人后删除。属于别人、但含有你拍摄照片的房源会留给它的主人;我们会从中去掉你的署名。申请前,请先自行保存需要的副本,并撤下你贴在其他网站(如 MLS、Zillow)上的链接 —— 它们会失效。已经被微信或 iMessage 缓存的链接预览里可能仍显示你的名字或图片,这一点我们改不回。若我们收到依法保全数据的要求,删除会暂停,删除进度会显示「暂停」。你可以在 App 内查看删除进度,删除完成后会显示「已完成」。

What we keep after your account is deleted (requests made on or after November 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM New York time), and why. (1) If you still owe us money for a shoot or a service, we keep that unpaid invoice with your name, phone number and email until it is settled. Once settled, we keep the invoice with your name only (no contact details) for up to six years, for tax and accounting. (2) Notes we made about non-payment or a payment dispute are kept while such an invoice is unpaid; all other notes about you are deleted. (3) If you have an unpaid invoice, we keep a one-way checksum of your email address, used only to link that invoice to you if you register again; it cannot be read back into the address. Otherwise we delete it when your deletion completes. (4) Payment and credit records, as described in section 6. Any credits left on your account are forfeited when it is deleted and are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise (see Terms section 3b). (5) A record that a deletion happened, with its dates and a random reference number but not your name, email or account, so we can confirm the deletion.

Deleting your agent account (requests made before November 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM New York time). You can delete your account from inside the PlaceVR app (Account → Delete account), or by emailing us. Your account is closed immediately — you can no longer sign in, and your name, phone number, WeChat ID, avatar and business card are removed from every page that showed them. What is not deleted: the listings you published, the VR tours you created and the share links you have already sent stay online and keep working — a client holding one of your links can still open it, but it will no longer show your contact details. Visitor records and enquiries attached to those listings also stay. You have 30 days to change your mind. During those 30 days your listings and VR tours remain publicly viewable. After 30 days we delete the copy we kept for that purpose and the deletion is final; we cannot restore it after that. Your avatar and business-card image files are permanently removed from storage, including earlier stored versions, within 62 days. Link previews already cached by WeChat or iMessage may still show your name; we cannot change those.

Two more deliberate exceptions to account deletion (requests made before November 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM New York time). If you owed us money for a shoot or a service when you deleted your account, we keep that unpaid invoice until it is settled, and for up to six years afterwards. If we had recorded a conduct flag against you, we keep it while it is active and for two years after it is cleared. We also keep a one-way checksum of the email address you used, so we can answer the question “has this address deleted an account before?” without being able to read the address back. We delete that checksum 30 days after your account deletion completes, unless one of the two records above is still open.

Email info@mylistings.top from the address on your account, or text/WhatsApp +1 212 561 5197, and say what you want removed — your account, a specific listing, or your visitor record. A request to delete your account is handled as described above for account deletion (for requests made on or after November 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM New York time, your account is deleted together with your work and personal information after 30 days). For a specific listing or your visitor record, we will delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Google or Facebook, the same request removes that link too. If you work under a company account and ask to delete your account on or after November 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM New York time, listings in that company account for which you are the responsible agent are taken offline and deleted together with your account, in the same way as your own listings, and the company's owners are notified when you ask. Listings in the company account for which another member is responsible stay, including ones you photographed; we remove your name from them. For requests made before November 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM New York time, deleting your own account does not delete listings that belong to that company account (see Terms section 3); they stay with the company. Either way, this is different from leaving a company, where the listings you are responsible for leave with you.

Agents can also delete their own listings at any time from the admin dashboard. The listing's photos and other media files are made private when the listing is deleted, and are permanently removed from storage — including earlier stored versions — within 62 days. Files that another listing still uses are kept. If a step fails, we retry it daily until it succeeds.
经纪也可以随时在后台自行删除房源。房源删除时,其照片等媒体文件即设为私有、不可公开访问;并在 62 天内从存储中彻底删除(包括存储里的历史版本)。仍被其他房源使用的文件会保留。若某一步失败,我们每天重试,直到完成。

Just say "stop calling me" on the phone. The person who called you marks you do-not-contact on the spot, and every later outbound action they run skips you. If you want to be certain that nobody else here reaches you from the same public list, ask us to delete your details as well (next paragraph) — a deletion request is recorded company-wide, so a colleague re-importing the same list will not reach you either.

If you also want your details removed entirely, say so and we delete them — the outreach record and the contact profile — within 30 days and reply to confirm. As explained in section 6, the do-not-contact record (phone number and date only) stays, because that is what stops us from contacting you again.

8. Cookies / Cookie

We use a login session cookie (so you stay signed in), a random visitor id cookie (so an agent can see repeat visits), and a cookie remembering your admin language choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
